Patrons are reminded that they may not push snow over or onto a Township road (right-of-way) as such action is a violation of state law and may be prosecuted as a Class 1 misdemeanor (with a fine up to $2000 per occurrence) and/or a public nuisance. Your cooperation in keeping the roads and ditches safe is greatly appreciated.
